Have taken out a few times from here, only Chinese food. Food has been solid both times. Quite possibly the best boneless spare ribs I have had. They had a nice spice rub and not fatty at all. Restaurant is nice but usually quiet inside. Did not see any liquor so probably is BYOB. Hopefully this place could stay in business longer than the previous restaurants in that location.

My favorite so far is the Chicken Hibbachi. Yummy! Has a beautiful environment which makes the experience different. Big portions.

Ordered a bunch of things from their menu including fried wontons, a bit bland; sushi regular (very good, fresh sushi with white ginger - fancy ginger); also the ramen which was a bit disappointing (hence the loss of one star). Overall I'll order from here again but I'll stick to their sushi.

I ordered take-out from this restaurant recently. We ordered seaweed salad, chicken teriyaki, tuna avocado roll, and a shrimp avocado roll. The seaweed salad was a little soggy but had a nice taste. The sushi was good, tasted fresh. I would try this place again.

Just went to this newly opened Japanese restaurant. Super fresh sashimi and great atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Yum Yum turned out to be Yuck Yuck. When we first entered this place, we felt very comfortable, the design, layout and atmosphere was modern/asian, with nice private booths available, we decided to sit in one. We were soon given the menus and asked if we wanted something to drink, we asked if they have juice, and they did. So we ordered kiwi and orange juice, which took about 15 minutes to ""make", which was strange, since our soups were already served and nearly eaten before the drinks came out. Once the juice was served, we realized why it took so long, it was NOT juice, but a puree of kiwi blended with ice, like an fruit ice smoothie, this was not JUICE. Also, as an ice smoothie, it was watered down with too much ice, not enough fruit flavor and not enough sugar, taste was totally "off". I ordered their ramen noodle chicken soup, the broth tasted decent, but one taste of the chicken and I knew something's wrong. It tasted synthetic, like it's been treated with some kind of tenderizers, hormones, or antibiotics, whatever it was, it tasted like cheap and very low quality meat. Second, I tried the fried chicken wings, and after the first bite, totally lost my appetite. The wings also had some kind of medicinal after taste, disgusting! Even my wife, who just finished eating something spicy, could taste this strange taste after having a bite. Next, I was served chikcen with mushrooms... chicken tasted better, probably due to the sauce it was covered in, the problem is that the sauce was overpowering the whole dish, and I had no appetite. So we pretty much only tried all the dishes, and left 90% of them uneaten. The waitress was surprised at why we didn't eat anything, and I just mentioned the wings, didn't feel comfortable complaining about each dish. So we paid for everything (they did waive the wings) and left with a horrible taste in our mouths and minds. Maybe to some, this place tastes good, but I've been around the block with restaurants in NY, and developed a pallet for good, quality food, this wasn't it. It's too bad such a catchy and appetizing name like Yum Yum, and such cute and modern interior design do not match the low quality and dis-balanced food dishes. However, this place is NEW, so they may change and improve over time, until then, I won't be coming back.

A tad overpriced for their food. Place is nice, but I understand why there was not tat much business. The ramen broth for the pork ramen was decent, but not for the miso ramen. A tad too salty. The noodles were also not the best. If you craving ramen. Make it yourself or go to the city, don't have it on SI if the place can't do it right.

My favorite was the chicken Katsu! Sushi presentation is awesome. "I started eating before I took the shot! " the owner was great and the staff is extremely pleasant.

Would never go back! 85 degrees outside and the AC was not even on! Mind U we were the only ones in the restaurant! As soon as 2 more tables were filled. The AC was stronger- if I was the owner I would made sure my customers are very comfortable.. Food was ok! Nothing special- asked for some noodles, they were stale..
